"I want the Holy Ghost!" (he had just learned all about the Holy Ghost this week in nursery and was sent home with several things to remind him what the Holy Ghost does. I thought this was so cute that he was asking for it.
Me-That's great. The Holy Ghost helps us to be good and helps us make decisions so we can be safe.
Bergen-I want the Holy Ghost like Tally has!
Me-Well, when you turn 8 you can receive the Holy Ghost and he'll be with you all the time
Bergen-(getting a little frustrated--assuming with my answer) I want the Holy Ghost like Tally has now!
Me- Tally doesn't have the Holy Ghost yet. (Svend is piping in occasionally with his wisdom)
Bergen-yes she does, I want what Tally has! MORE OF THOSE!
Me--oh, the mango strips. Never mind.
