Meet Anders Dean Bjorn

Anders Dean Bjorn was born August 19th, 2013 at 8:06pm

9lbs 1oz and 21inches long

Our biggest baby...and induced a "week" early (thank goodness!)

long labor (just over 10 hours) but easiest delivery... because of the "slackness" of the hospital staff and doctor, I only pushed when he was nearly out... so about 3 pushes and a lot of laughing (thanks to the epidural) brought our "little" guy into this world!

 Brooklyn and Tabitha were the first to meet Anders.  Brooklyn was extremely nervous (as is expected when you have tubes coming out of you!)

 Grandma was here for the week (it was also the first day of school!)

 Tabitha LOVES Anders. She is always asking for me to put him in his bouncer so she can "pet" him. haha

 The big kids came to meet him after school (the 2nd day of school).

 Bergen got to hold him first.  Yesterday he said to me "mom, I keep thinking this is a dream and it's not real...because it took me so long to get a baby brother." Awe. So. Sweet :)

 Tally has surprised me and loves to hold him! She has not really liked to hold the other babies...

 Svend enjoys sleeping with him. he is a good snuggle bug.

 even though he was 9lbs, he still is REALLY tiny to us :)

 He rarely cries...thank goodness :)

 Here he is one week old... Brooklyn and I are the only ones home with him now and she is finally warming up to him. She will get his binkie when he cries and loves to count his fingers and toes

We are so grateful everything went so well with the birth of baby Anders. He completes our family and we love him so much. We have been so blessed with his sweet demeanor and his special spirit.
