Voting is a privledge and a right that few people on earth have. Many men and women have fought and died to assure us that we will have our freedom to vote and this should not be taken lightly by anyone. People that don't vote and or don't register to vote don't really understand the importance of voting. The power to vote for who we choose helps protect our way of life, helps assure the future for our children and grandchildren, helps assure that our government always will respond to the checks and balances put in place by our forefathers, inspired by Heavenly Father. Most of us are not required to go to some far off place to protect our freedoms but we can help to protect our freedoms by voting. Please vote, don't be lazy or uncaring, to many people have suffered so that we can go down our local street and vote for who we choose without fear of being shot at. Respect those that have fought for us by voting.
ps-- from me... don't forget to vote right! :)

Well I do care about our children and my own as well and that is why Tim and I have already voted. We are registered in CA and so our ballots have come and gone. We knew this year we had to vote not for ourselves but for Gordon and hopefully future children. We know the imprortance of making sure our kids have the best life they can have!! Thanks for posting this on your blog. I hope that everyone sees the importance of it and actually gets out there and VOTE:) See you soon:)
