cut off...STILL!!!!
Well, due to a mix up with Comcast and ATT and our disconnected phone from ATT (since they couldn't move it to our new apartment), we are STILL WITHOUT EVERYTHING UNTIL FRIDAY!!! If you get comcast....ANSWER YOU PHONE. Apparently they lack customer service and if you miss a phone call, they don't leave messages, call back, or set up your appointment! ERG! --they don't even call your alternate phone number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So yeah, that was our problem. They didn't try our alternate number (the cell) and just heard our phone had been disconnected and so they left us hanging until we called them on Friday wondering where they were and so it was put off for another 6 business days! SERIOUSLY!? Anyways, so we're still computer-less...I'm just sneaking over to my old apartment to check some things (but hey, we're still paid through the month!)

we just moved this weekend and are having a hard time with comcast too!! we told them WEEKS ago we were moving...and yet we are still getting internet and cable in our OLD, EMPTY apartment and not anything in our current apartment. They said that they can't come fix their problem until the 29th! but we found a sub contractor who is coming out on wed and even getting us a killer deal. And currently I am using our neighbor's internet...some people never learn to lock their internet. lol. anyway, hope all is well with u!!
That is really ridiculous!! Well hoepfully we can get together soon!! And I hope that you get the internet back soon. I bet you are going crazy with the kids and not having much to do!! lol We had ALOT of probelms with comcast when we first moved into our house too! They are very slow at getting things done and want alot of money for it to which is so ridiculous!! Goodluck
