daddy's week off!

Saturday we went down to Evanston. We finally found the PRETTY part of Chicago!!!! It was gorgeous!!! HUGE victorian homes with leaves all around. It was BEAUTIFUL!!! We went there for two things....to look at a new car for us...still not sure...and to watch Northwestern play soccer. So eventhough this is a picture of the game...you can see the chicago skyline. I didnt' realize it stuck out into Lake Michigan so much....Like Father, Like SonMe and My girl!

Well, this week is Svend's week off! We're enjoying him home...though he's not really!!!! Week off really means--no new homework to add on to the already never-ending pile...so he's been studying still (good for him!!!). But, we did enjoy Monday with him as we took the kids to the children's museum. I think Tally would have lived there forever if we'd let her. It was pretty cool because they had 17 different sections/exhibits full of imagination/creativity/and fun! They even had a few stations for the 18month and under kids so Bergen was able to be let loose and enjoy himself too.
