This is the worst picture, but they wouldn't quite making funny poses...and Tabitha had to copy Bergen, so she's trying some acrobatic move here...and since Bergen can't sit still, he's a blur... haha. Oh well, here are the 3 older ones just before church :)Bergen playing with Taba's blocks

Making Gingerbread houses

My girls love the way they dress (above Tally is wearing a costume for our gingerbread houses). Tabitha loves "tinkerbell" which really just means she wants a fluffy skirt. This morning she was headed to a playgroup and really wanted to wear the bathing suit...so, we added some stuff to make her "warm"

Svend's parents spent Christmas with us this year. It was fun and busy. We loved having them here and Tally cried ALL night long when they left. The kids had a GREAT Christmas and got everything they could have ever wanted (as long as we don't take any trips down the toy isles). After Bergen had opened his presents he said "now it's my Birthday! where is my cake?!" We've been telling him that his birthday is after Christmas. Stinker ;) Tally got lots of jewelry and LOVED it. Tabitha got some dressup stuff and some interactive/imagination toys (blocks, etc). Brooklyn has loved climbing over various toys, Christmas wrapping paper, and random trash for the last two days.

Svend and I have loved spending time as a family. We took the kids to see the Muppet movie yesterday and we all LOVED it. It brought back lots of memories and the kids couldn't stop talking about it. We are so grateful for our blessings, family, and friends. We are grateful for our Savior and for this time we have to reflect on HIS birth and sacrifice for us. We have spend the last month teaching our kids Christmas songs about His birth. It has been so wonderful to hear EACH of the kids join in and sing Away in a Manger and Joy to the World. I love my family so much and am so grateful to be a mother to these 4 beautiful and wonderful kids. I love reflecting on "Mother Mary Fair" as Bergen calls her, and how she must have felt holding her Son that first night. What a wonderful blessing we have.
