temper tantrum

Tabitha is a the QUEEN of temper tantrums. If we look at her the wrong way or ask her to do something when she doesn't want to then she will look at the ground and stop. She will NOT move. Ever. the other way she will throw a tantrum is by flinger herself on the ground and screaming at the top of her lungs. It's been a long time since we've dealt with something like this and I am not happy about it! Any suggestions. We ignore, put her in bed, put her in time out, and even spank when it calls for it.

She also is always hungry/thirsty. But won't eat/drink anything we give her. So, for the first 2 hours of our day we listen to her scream. (doesn't help that we took the binky away except for the car and bed time...). And Svend wonder's why I'm in a bad mood every morning?? hahaha.

We love her so much and she's too cute for words :) But man, the drama has got to go!

Not sure if I have any suggestions, just sympathy! My third is my tantrum thrower too. I have found that consistency is best, so Carlie gets picked up and moved to a spot where she can't bother the entire house. If she gets out on her own but is still screaming, she gets put back. My words are the same too, "You can cry if you want, but you're not going to disturb the whole family doing it" and "you can join us when the crying is done". Honestly, is has gotten better but we're definitely not done training yet!
