and now, I'm at that "joyful" moment in my pregnancy where my rear has decided to catch up with my belly... ugh. 17.5 weeks-ish. baby is kicking a bit and I'm feeling tired again... I think I just need my husband home though...
And now to the VAN! Got a good deal on it. It's an '07 sienna LE. Sorry Svend, I did NOT take pics outside--it's TOOOOO COLD here! So you'll have to deal with these sorry shots til you get here! Love driving it. However, my first attempt getting out of the garage took my 10 minutes! 2nd attempt was around 2...but it is ONE TIGHT SQUEEZE! What's my favorite part??? Now that it's cold, we run to the VAN, throw open the door, and we ALL JUMP in then SHUT THE DOOR and then I get everyone buckled before CLIMBING TO THE FRONT without EVER GETTING OUT AGAIN!!! WAHOOOO!!!! This has been my DREAM in these horrible winters. Of course...I will have to get out again once this belly starts draggin!

here we go...
My parents came in this past week for about 5 days. It was wonderful having them here! The kids miss them so much--lots of SOBBING! We are grateful for them-and I just have to say I have the best Dad in the world b/c he spent about 4 hours fixing a toilet that should have been a lost cause! He is wonderful! And he helped me get everything settled with our NEW VAN!!! (see below)
My parents let the kids pick out some toys at Micheals...here's what Bergen chose! too funny. I have to admit, I want my own pair! (they are hillbilly teeth)
yes! she looks like a vampire--but it's amazing I'm even updating this blog with pictures let alone try to edit them... ugh.
We made gingerbread cookies for FHE last night. Tabitha enjoyed licking the beaters. Bergen and Tally made some good creations.
notice there's a tooth missing??? that was our thanksgiving treasure.
Apparently I've been slacking on FHE (according to Tally) b/c I'm not doing it "by the book" anymore... they get VERY mad at me that I am not following the assignments and flying by the seat of my pants...and I'm not going in order---prayer, lesson, activity, treat... heaven forbid!

I'm glad you're delighted with your van. Where is the 8th seat? I'm thinking in the middle row between the two captain seats, but I didn't see one in the picture.
I was slow going in and out of my garage for a while, and now I just breeze in/out hardly using my mirrors- you'll get it down!
First, love the picture at the top of your blog! It's awesome. And the kids are getting so big, it's crazy. Nice pick on the van! I wanted to tell you that if yours is like ours you can take that middle seat out in the front row. That's what we did. Apparently some people sell their middle seat and it's worth quite a bit, but we just put it in our storage room. Just might be nice to know when you new little one comes.
yeah, I ended up taking out the passenger bucket seat tonight. That's the side with the auto door... and I still want Tabitha (or the soon to be baby) closest to me. love it!
That is so nice your parents were here & that you got your new van! It looks awesome! That is so cool you can move the seat closer to the front.
Hey! That's the same van we have, with 8 seats! We love ours too! Happy Siennaing!
I LOVE the van. congrats again. your belly is so cute. you always look great pregnant. so glad your parents could come and help you
