Tough Question

Tally pointing to her chest: Mom, what are these circles?
Me...stubling, looking at Svend, laughing inside: Well, those are your "special dots."

Any other tough questions?

Kathryn just asked Shane that this week too! He just said something about it being a part of her body and something everyone has. Yeah, love those questions.

I wish the girls were so simple. They already know they are "boobies". However they have grown to think bra's are facinating and call them Jasmines because princess Jasmine wears one. This is always fun when we do laundry and still gives me a laugh everytime. Good luck with all the questions we are parents fear!!!

wait until the dreaded question about the difference between her and bergen when he learns to potty train, unless it's already happened...the questions we get from kids...kayelynn calls them elbows...she's so confused what they are...i'll really get the question when the baby comes!! aghh!

***BWAH-HA-HA-HA*** TOO funny!!!! That poor girl after she has her first baby and the lactation nurse comes in to help her. "You want me to do what with my special dots??!!!!"

I've just told my kids all the proper names - ya know, like boobies and nee-nees, and privates. The joys of being a parent. . .

Yeah, I decided to be mature and tell Lucy exactly what they were, and she heard 'apples'. Now she is frequently commenting on how big or small different people's apples are. Nice huh?
