Look who's 27!

Happy Birthday Svend!!! Today is Svend's birthday and the official day in which Svend once again becomes one year older than me-whew! A few things you may not know about my amazing husband and things I love:

• He does get up with the kids in the middle of the night--even when he has exams the next day! (poor guy even slept on the air mattress last night so Tally could sleep in our bed because she has an ear infection and was waking up alot)


• He played soccer his whole life (since he was 3) and gave up a college career by serving a mission in Sydney Australia! --lucky for us because we may have never met!!!


• He speaks Mandarine Chinese (though he'd never admit it because he's "lost it")


• He learned how to fly fish last summer and did a pretty good job. He also knows how to tie flies and is missing the rivers of Idaho!


• He's from Woodinville Washington


• He likes acting crazy-but ONLY when know one is watching


• Eventhough he'd love to play video games/computer war games, he doesn't until there are no tests in sight (and the kids are in bed)


• While reading this, he's probably nervously chuckling and saying "why'd you put that?"
