Okay, so we're finally here in Texas! Wahoo--we made it!!!! After 5 days on the road and several fights between me and Tally, Daddy and Tally, and Tally and Bergen, we finally made it! Surprisingly Tally and Bergen did pretty well though Bergen has learned to grab and pull things in his mouth...which means Tally's blankie got soaked a few times and that was NOT acceptable to Tally! haha. Tally would then throw the toys I'd given Bergen to play with so he couldn't reach them...which meant Bergen would scream and Tally would get into trouble!
Okay so there were some good times too....we bought this ball that you can basically put on your face and it suctions to you...that was a blast for a while! Tally watched several movies and her favorite character is now, BUZZ LIGHTYEAR! We also pretended to paint nails and do makeup. We sang lots of Pop corn Popping and Twinkle Twinkle Little Start... and I think our kids were thinking this was there new life...to wake up and sit in the car for 7 hours!
Well, we're glad we're here--safely and all still loving one another. I even heard myself coining a phrase my dad used to tell us--- Tally, you'd better learn to love your brother, because you'll be together for eternity!
